well, that means that you get blessed insignia and runes of attunement from rune traders (in your GH and every town) and put them on all your pieces of armor, except the headpiece, for which you use a superior rune of shadow arts (and I'm guessing the headpiece requires an inherent +1 to shadow arts).
The shield needs the inscription that provides +10 versus earth damage ("rolling like a stone"... or something like that), you will need to buy this off other players or find it on random loot. Kamadam is your best bet. This looks like a high-end farming or SC build. I would very much recommed you do not do this until you understand more of the basics of the game. |

^^ basically explaining that the "Head part of armor" needs to be a shadow arts headpiece with a Super Shadow Arts rune and blessed Insignias which can all be purchased from the "Rune Trader" (except the armor headpiece of course which u will need to purchase from an "Armorer") All Blessed and Attunement ^^ this explains the other parts of your armor which again all need Blessed Insignias and Attunment Runes which again can all be purchased from a "Rune Trader" Regarding the Weapon: +10ar vs. Earth Damage Shield This just means you need a max shield with a inscription on it that gives +10ar Vs earth damage and the inscription is called "Like a Rolling Stone" |

Thanks for the replies, guys. But 1 last question. I went to the rune trader and saw that it was 4 different insignias runes, so can I use the same type of insignias on two different piece of armor and still get extra bonus?

Depends on the rune in question.
If it says "non-stacking", no, you cannot. If it says "stacking" yes, you can. The default for most runes is "non-stacking" (at least as far as the positive bonuses go), but there is some exceptions to this. For the runes that do stack, it will be mentioned as such in their description. |
